One of Cebu’s finest; a place that can equally compete against Boracay’s pride sans the parties and people.  It is mostly undeveloped and definitely not overcrowded (except Holy Week when it is also their fiesta).

From Cebu City to Hagnaya (Jagnaya) Port

Fare: Between Php3,500 to Php 4,000.
Duration: Usually takes between 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes depending on speed of vans

V-Hire
From White Gold Terminal (near SM).  I can’t be sure if there’s a van in North Cebu Bus Terminal.
Van leaves every hour or when the van is full
Fare: Around Php 100.00
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

 Buses (not recommended)
From North Cebu Bus Terminal (near Makro now SM Hypermarket)
Schedule: From 4:30AM and every 30 minutes thereafter until 3:00 daily
Fare: Php 60 – Php 70
Duration: 3 to 4 hours

From Hagnaya (Jagnaya) Port to Sta. Fe Port

Ferries

Fare: Php 60 – Php 80
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Fastcraft
Aznar Fastcraft
Fare: Php 100
Duration: 30 minutes

Shuttle Ferry Service (RoRo)

Alternatively, you can take Boats from Cebu City to Sta. Fe Port through Don Martin, Palacio and Lapu-Lapu shipping lines.  Fares range from Php150 to Php200 and takes about 6-7 hours.
