Inspired by the fad, planking.

Here’s a planking exercise from an app you can download from Itune’s Ab Workouts.

1. Lay face down on the floor, resting on your elbows and forearms.
2. Lift your butt off the floor, shifting your weight on to your knees.
3. Lift you knees, and balance on your toes.  Keep your back straight and hold.
4. Lower your knees back down to the floor
